ABOUT DAN MULLER

Your Certified Executive Coach

After playing two years of professional basketball in Vancouver, Argentina and Belgium, I spent the past twenty-two years as a Division 1 men’s basketball coach. My first twelve years were spent as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt University, where we saw unprecedented success that has gone unduplicated. During the past ten years, I served as the head men’s basketball coach at Illinois State University, where I helped deliver the first conference championship in twenty years and was named MVC Coach of the Year in 2017.

As a college student-athlete, I was awarded the Bone Scholarship as an undergrad at Illinois State University, the highest academic honor an undergraduate student can receive. I was named Business Management Student of the Year and spoke at commencement in 1998 while graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2003, I received my Executive MBA from the University of Florida, a top 30 Business school in the country, while working full time as a coach at Vanderbilt University.

In July 2022, I started Aletheia Executive Coaching LLC, with the assumed name of Dan Muller Executive Coaching, and have been serving clients as an executive coach since that time. I offer unique, best-in-class executive coaching and leadership development.  I am a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Career Coach and Board Certified Coach.

I currently split time between Central Illinois and Greater Nashville with my beautiful wife, Melissa, and our two dogs and cat.
